Autoovy is an online software solution, provided as SaaS, intended for professionals. The website presents the offers, features, pricing, commercial information and contact channels relating to Autoovy.

Use of the Autoovy service is governed by the terms of service available on the website.

5. Intellectual property

All elements present on the Autoovy websites and services, including texts, interfaces, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphic elements, databases, software developments, code, architectures, features, documents, icons, visuals and content, are protected by intellectual property law.

Except with ABM INNOV’s prior written authorisation, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, extraction, dissemination, reuse or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements is prohibited.

Access to the Autoovy service confers no ownership right on the visitor, customer or user over the solution, its source code, its architecture, its interfaces or its technical components.

Autoovy, ABM INNOV and the associated distinctive signs are trademarks, trade names or protected elements belonging to ABM INNOV or used by it.

Any unauthorised use of these elements is prohibited and may engage the liability of its author.

7. Liability

ABM INNOV endeavours to ensure the accuracy, updating and accessibility of the information published on the Autoovy websites.

However, the information available on the website is provided for information only and may be changed at any time. ABM INNOV does not warrant that the website is free from errors, omissions, interruptions or temporary unavailability.

ABM INNOV cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the website, its use, its unavailability, an information error, a technical malfunction or an element outside its control.

The user is responsible for their equipment, Internet connection, terminal security and use of the website.

11. Recipients of the data

Personal data may be accessible, within the limits of their respective duties:

• to authorised persons at ABM INNOV;
• to technical providers and processors necessary for the operation of the website and the service;
• to hosting, payment, email, support, technical analysis, security and maintenance providers;

ABM INNOV does not sell users’ personal data.

12. Transfers outside the European Union

ABM INNOV favours hosting and providers located in the European Union or the European Economic Area.

14. Data processed on behalf of professional customers

Where the professional customer uses Autoovy to process data of its own customers, prospects, partners, staff or end users, the customer acts as controller.

In this context, ABM INNOV acts as processor within the meaning of the GDPR, solely to provide, host, maintain, secure and operate the Autoovy service in accordance with the terms of service and the customer’s documented instructions.

The professional customer remains responsible for informing data subjects, for the legal basis of its processing, for compliance with individuals’ rights and for the lawfulness of its own uses of Autoovy.

15. Security

ABM INNOV implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and Autoovy systems against loss, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

These measures may include access control, logging, encryption of exchanges, backups, monitoring, logical isolation of environments and security maintenance.

The user remains responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials, the security of their terminals and networks, and the management of their access.

16. Cookies and trackers

The Autoovy websites may use cookies or other trackers required for the operation of the website, security, authentication, remembering preferences, audience measurement or, where applicable, commercial purposes.
